This is brilliant, Noel and Danny – thanks v much for setting it up. We tried a somerset geography website before but hopefully this weblog will be easier to use.

But … some of us will need a few more instructions eg how to submit a post …

Thanks Danny and Noel. The first steps seem straight forward!I hope this relly takes off. Has anyone got base line assessments for geography that I could look at and adapt for my year 5 intake?
    Thanks, Susan (Fairlands Cheddar)

Danny has – I’ll ask him tomorrow. BTW Susan you can now write posts if you like!

Susan – Danny Williams here, I have the baseline data assessment for year seven pupils. You are more than welcome to have a look at it, I am confident it can be adapted for year five pupils with a little bit of work. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with. Danny Williams

Hello all, when you first log on to post a comment on the site, your username will be displayed at the top of your message. If you would like to change this to your name and therefore be easily recognisable to everyone, select my dashboard from the very top of this page, followed by users, when you find your place on this page you need to click on edit (it should be to the right of your profile) and then type your name in the nickname box on that page. You must remember to click on the update user button at the bottom to store your name the way you would like it. Have fun!

Tim – Once you’re logged, in find the link to My Account (on the left of the dashboard) and follow Danny’s instructions there.

Tim, hello mate. Sorry i didnt get back to you last night. After you have clicked on MY DASHBOARD, you will find USERS on the top menu bar and it is the next page where you scroll down to your own details. At the far right of your profile will be the EDIT button. Hope this helps.

    Hi all
Sory it has taken so long to start “blogging” but ICT issues, a 1 year old teething, flu and starting a new role at school have all been at bit stressful! If anyone needs any resources i can try and help. Cheers Ian (Heathfield)
